Mr. Indra Prasad Sharma
Chairman
Mr. Indra Prasad Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive in Nepal’s financial markets, bridging academic and business while offering financial markets, birding academia and business while offering financial consulting services to diverse companies. He holds a significant role as a Board of Director at Reliable Nepal life insurance limited.
Mr. Sharma, in addition to chairing Nawa Rajdhani Capital Investment & Securities Pvt. Ltd., has prior directorial experience in a finance company and a commendable 13-year tenure as a lecturer at Shankar Dev Campus, affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
Mr. Narayan Babu Lohani

With a background in Civil Engineering and an MBA, he holds a unique position in the corporate world, boasting over two decades of experience in the Financial Service Industry. Presently, he serves as the CEO of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, showcasing his expertise and dedication in this role.
Mr. Lohani boasts over a decade of successful leadership in the Banking & Financial sector, consistently delivering returns that surpassed industry averages while leading companies. His previous role as CEO at a National-Level Development Bank highlights his impactful tenure and contributions to the financial industry before transitioning to the insurance sector.
He’s also Founder Chairman of a Merchant Banking and Micro-Finance Company. Under his leadership, companies have experienced remarkable growth and success across all key performance indicators, depicting him as a proactive, results-driven institutional builder who prioritizes tangible outcomes through actions.
Mr. Dipesh Babu Tiwari

Mr. Dipesh Babu Tiwari began his career from a finance company. Over the years, he served and moved up the ladder in a few reputed financial institutions, and played crucial managerial roles in different departments.
Mr. Tiwari possesses a Master’s Degree in Economics and has augmented his education with an Executive MBA. With over 16 years in the banking and financial sector, he has participated in numerous national and international training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Furthermore, his expertise has led to invitations as a resource person, showcasing his knowledge and experience in the field.
Mr. Tiwari, who previously served at Global IME Bank Ltd, assumed the role of Assistant General Manager at Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, showcasing notable expertise in managing the Finance & Accounts Department and other key management functions. Beyond his professional proficiency, he’s passionate about sports and actively engages in social work.
Mrs. Bijaya Poudel Adhikari

Mrs. Bijaya Poudel Adhikari is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of the Micro Insurance Department at Reliable Life Insurance Company since January 2018, she brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the organization.
Mrs. Adhikari’s 13-year tenure at MetLife Life Insurance Co. (ALICO) showcased her exceptional commitment to excellence and efficiency, notably in the claim department from July 2004 to December 2017. Her outstanding efforts during the earthquake led to her receiving the “Customer Centricity Championship Award 2015” from MetLife Insurance Company (ALICO), a testament to her remarkable dedication and swift service in a critical time.
Mrs. Adhikari’s ongoing commitment to delivering top-notch services was recognized with the “Appreciation Award” in 2018 from Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company, underscoring her dedication to excellence. Her Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree from Campion College under the TU Board serves as a robust foundation, blending academic prowess with her extensive practical experience in the insurance industry.
Her professional journey vividly illustrates expertise in claims management, a customer-centric ethos, and an unwavering dedication to elevating standards within the insurance sector.
